Description

HIGHTEC DPF & GPF CLEANER / DPF & OPF REINIGER is a highly effective cleansing foam to remove carbon deposits in particle filters for diesel and gasoline motors as well as in the intake
system or in VTG turbocharger. This method would ensure that the concerned components will be cleaned and therefore prevent costly repairs.

Application

HIGHTEC DPF & GPF CLEANER / DPF & OPF REINIGER Shake before use and use on cold motors.

Application in particle filters for diesel or gasoline motors:

Remove the pressure sensor in front of the particle filter and inject HIGHTEC DPF & GPF CLEANER / DPF & OPF REINIGER via the tube included in the delivery. In doing so, hold the injection tube in direction of the particle filter and inject abundant foam. Allow the foam to take effect for 20 to 40 minutes. Then run the vehicle at moderate speed for about 5 km. Alternatively, run the vehicle for 3 to 10 minutes when it is stationary and while doing that move the rotational speed up and down between idle run and 2000 – 3000 t/min. Repeat the procedure when heavily soiled.

Application in the intake system:

Spray HIGHTEC DPF & GPF CLEANER / DPF & OPF REINIGER into the intake passage with the tube included in the delivery. Inject (designation) with brief pushes of the nozzle while pulling out the tube. Allow the foam to take effect for 20 to 40 minutes. Then run the vehicle when it is stationary as described above or drive the vehicle and repeat the procedure when heavily soiled.

Application in VTG turbocharger:

Abundantly spray HIGHTEC DPF & GPF CLEANER / DPF & OPF REINIGER into the VTG turbocharger while permanently moving the VTG adjustment manually. Allow to take effect for 20 to 40
minutes and then repeat the procedure.
