The Melling 10452 is a high-quality oil pump built for Chrysler Gen III HEMI engines, offering standard oil volume with a high-pressure setup to meet the demands of modern performance engines. It comes with a 75 psi pressure relief spring pre-installed, and also includes an optional 65 psi spring for pressure customization. This pump is constructed with a hard coat anodized aluminum housing and a phosphate-coated cast iron cover, providing excellent durability and corrosion resistance. It features a threaded pressure relief nut, allowing users to fine-tune oil pressure as needed. The 10452 uses a 15/16-inch bolt-on oil pickup tube and includes the proper O-ring for a secure fit. It’s a direct upgrade for Melling M452 and M462 oil pumps and is compatible with 2009–2023 5.7L VVT and 2011–2023 6.4L 392 HEMI engines. Each pump is individually tested for both pressure and flow under real engine conditions to ensure reliable performance.
